Product Partnerships Manager

Exciting Opportunity for a Product Partnerships Manager to join a fun and friendly team in London for a 9 Month Maternity Cover Contract. As Product Partnerships Manager you will assist with the day-to-day management of our products, plus you will take responsibility for overseeing multiple Tour Operator contracts with a strong emphasis on building relationships, booking intake and growth.
The Job:
Product Management:

  • Maintain resort rates, special offers and promotions.
  • Remain aware of inventory and occupancy levels across all resorts to identify availability and any areas of concern.
  • Keep abreast of all product updates across our portfolio, ensuring they are communicated out to all relevant parties (internal and external). This includes new product (resorts, room categories, features and facilities) Building/maintenance work.

Tour Operator Partnerships:

  • Ensure direct contracts for Tour Operator partners are up to date - including payment terms, cancellation/amendment policy etc.
  • Understand and monitor connectivity links.
  • Regularly run reports to ensure Tour Operator partners are meeting booking intake expectations, taking market conditions, customer buying habits and year-on-year performance into consideration
  • For qualifying partners, continually monitor booking intake to determine whether targets are being met in line with Commercial Agreements and circulate monthly/quarterly performance reviews.
  • Review and assist with all Marketing opportunities to ensure the brands are at the forefront of customers minds.
  • Keep on top of budgets and spend by Tour Operator partner.
  • Be on hand to help with day-to-day queries that come through to the Product mailbox, including ad-hoc quotes/bookings, rate discrepancies and customer service issues, offering support where necessary. This also includes managing the Product Team's "enquiries" inbox (for customers who have booked through a Tour Operator partner)
  • Upon request, assist with applying promotions.
  • Facilitate Health and Safety requests/audits.
  • Manage Staff Travel requests/bookings via our international Sales Team

Cross-collaboration with other teams across the global company will be essential. This includes (but is not limited to): Revenue Management, Operations, Marketing and Design, PR, Sales, Customer Service, Legal and Finance.
Skills Required:

  • Previous experience within the travel industry (hotel representation preferable but not essential)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confidence to deliver on-brand training presentations, both in person and via Teams
  • Flexibility to visit contracted partners and attend trade events across the UK.
  • Ability to review sales figures, targets, and budgets.
  • Organised with an eye for detail.

The Package:

  • Salary £35,000 - £40,000
  • 9 Month Maternity Cover Contract
  • Hybrid working in London.
