Finance Administrator

Are you a meticulous and organised individual with a keen eye for detail? My long-standing client is seeking a dedicated Finance Person to join their team in Middlesbrough. If you have a passion for finance and a professional attitude, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting and reconciling cash receipts and payments
  • Support with monthly reconciliations and preparation of management accounts
  • Oversee the purchase, sales, and nominal ledgers, maintaining accurate records
  • Stock control and stationery/office requisitions
  • Post handling - incoming and outgoing
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

Foundation Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Superior organisational skills with the ability to deliver results
  • Smart, personable, and professional attitude
  • Outgoing and resilient personality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Requirements:

  • Availability: Full-time availability (37.5 hours per week), Part-time available too (4 days)
  • Transportation: Drivers licence and access to a car
