Head of Finance

Our client is a well-established business who are well respected in the Derbyshire area. They are seeking a Head of Finance to report to the Directors of the Business and the Board. Current turnover is around 40m and which is set to grow quickly within the next 5 years.
As Head of Finance you will fully participate in the strategy of the business.
Production of Management Accounts
Budgets and Forecasting/Cashflows
WIP
Build and manage/develop the current finance team
Prepare financial statements
Analyse market trends
Overseeing the general accounts
Overseeing the Payroll and Credit Control
Dealing with HMRC and external funders
Yearend accounting
Preparing accounts ready for the external auditor
Dealing with banks -funding/invoice financing
Ideally you will be a qualified Accountant with experience of dealing with a PE backed company and the reporting requirements around that.
Our client offers a great opportunity in a wide ranging role which will suit a commercially minded experienced accountant with strong interpersonal skills a hands-on approach.
