Need to have worked in an MDT, (Multi-Disciplinary Team)

Worked with / full aware of the Framework for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC)

Car driver is essential

Preferred knowledge S1(system 1) and eclipse, If having worked in the Southwest and worked recently, then should have one or the other knowledge. If they have Eclipse, they can get started and be trained on S1.
