Our client are seeking an enthusiastic, flexible courier for their customer service team based in Uxbridge. As a first point of contact for the customers and clients you will need exceptional communication and time-keeping skills and be as helpful and efficient as possible at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexibility to make deliveries/collections at short notice
- Drive and maintain a Ford Transit
- Deliver excellent customer service to all clients
- Negotiate with team members to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Liaise with and update customers on time-scales
- Maintain accurate records by logging jobs in and out
- Deal with customer enquiries via phone, resolve issues and offer customer support when necessary
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence is essential
- Located within a commutable distance of Uxbridge (ideally 10 miles)
- Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
- Passion and drive to deliver excellent results and progress within the business in the future
- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience in a courier role
- Well presented with a proactive and helpful attitude.
