Together Housing is currently seeking an Repairs Administrator to join our team. As an Repairs Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling internal repair works for our housing properties.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. As an Internal Repairs Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate records of repair works, including job progress and completion
  • Liaising with tenants, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth execution of repair works
  • Sending out correspondence to tenants
  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants and resolving any issues or concerns
  • Running reports

Requirements

To be successful in the role of Internal Repairs Administrator, you will need:

  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
  • Excel experience
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Annual pay scale increase
  • 27 days holiday (rising to 32 over 5 years' service) + bank holidays
