The duties of the role:

  • Build and manage your own market
  • Actively promote TEC Partners as a business in order to win new business and win new jobs for you and your colleagues
  • Provide excellent customer service to Clients and Contacts in order to build great relationships
  • Organise, communicate and be consultative through interview processes with candidates and clients
  • Negotiate pay and salary rates, finalising agreements between Clients and Candidates

Key Skills & Experience for this position:

  • Proven experience of business development and building new markets
  • Capable of building great rapport with great credibility

  • Ability to build productive working relationships and influence high-level clients
  • Has precise attention to detail, processing high volumes of work accurately and to deadline
