Supporter Liaison Officer - Permanent Role (With Opportunity to Part-time)
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the entire customer journey and recommend enhancements, benchmarking against the business' brand values.
- Develop and ensure good customer service practices across all levels of the business.
- Maintain and communicate the Business' Customer Charter to staff and supporters.
- Participate in research panels, Supporter Forums, mystery shopping, and operational research.
- Provide management reports based on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing supporter-related policies.
- Focus on supporter needs, communication, and excellent customer service.
- Establish contact points for supporters.
- Create and promote the business' complaint policy.
- Continuously benchmark the customer experience
