Description
- Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of the healthcare facilities.
- Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and supervise the housekeeping team.
- Maintain inventory and ensure that all cleaning supplies are available when needed.
- Train new team members and provide them with ongoing support.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a high standard of patient care.
- Regularly inspect facilities for cleanliness and overall condition.
Profile
A successful Housekeeping Manager should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in facilities management or a related field.
- Experience in managing a team in a healthcare/ hospiality or related environment.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning practices and procedures.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- The ability to manage a budget and resources effectively.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £32,000 - £35,000 per year.
- A full-time, permanent role in a growing healthcare company.
- 40 hours p/w
- 5 days a week, 8am to 5pm (2 week shift rota)
