Site Manager

Randstad is looking for an Internals Site Manager to work on a school refurbishment project in Leeds. The right candidate must have experience working on school refurbs and worked on fit out projects.
The Role
- ASAP start
- Leeds based
- £285 per day CIS- negotiable on the person
- Full time
- 16 weeks of work
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site activities, including coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and laborers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project stakeholders, and team members.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
- Manage internals
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the fit-out or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out techniques, materials, and processes.
- SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
