Machine Operator

Salary: £12.08 per hour (overtime rates up to £18.12)

Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery in a production environment according to set procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality output and identify any issues or malfunctions.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and report any deviations or issues to the relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a production environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating machinery and equipment, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

- Flexibility to work overtime as required to meet production demands.
