We're on the hunt for aSkilled Sheet Metal Workerto join our client's workshop in Swadlincote, helping them create top-notch machinery and conveyor systems that power industries. This is your chance to showcase your talent and be recognised for it!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working in a busy factory setting, your main gig will be stainless steel fabrication - cutting, shaping, welding, and assembling machinery and conveyor systems.
- You'll work with a team of experts, but you'll be the star when it comes to turning raw materials into something functional and impressive.
- Some site work is available, which means a bit of variety in your day-to-day.
What We're Offering:
- A full-time permanent position with a steady Monday to Friday schedule-40 hours a weekwith plenty of overtime on the table if you're up for it.
- A top hourly rate of up to£18.93 per hourplus those juicy overtime opportunities.

What You Bring to the Table:
- Preferably, you'retime-served, with at leastfive years' experiencein metal fabrication. You're no newbie; you know your way around stainless steel like the back of your hand.
- You've got solidTIG welding experience, specifically with stainless steel. If precision is your middle name, we're talking to you!
- The legal right to work in the UK (we've got to tick that box, of course).
