Hays are recruiting a Marketing Executive on behalf of a transport company in Ballyclare.
Your new role
As Marketing Executive you will work with the SMT to design the marketing strategy, and deliver its implementation, as well as co-ordinating internal and external communications with the aim of enhancing our client's brand presence in the marketplace, and driving growth. You will be responsible for:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Operations, Sales and Customer Support Teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, suppliers and customers.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute campaigns across digital, social media, email, content marketing, and offline channels. Work with the Sales Team to develop suitable promotional materials.
- Communications: Coordinate and manage internal communications for all employees.
- Events: Co-ordinate attendance at trade shows and other events.
What you'll need to succeed
- 2+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role
- Experience of preparing internal and external marketing material
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in MS Office
Desirable Criteria
- 3rd level qualification in Marketing, Communications or related subject
- Experience in graphic design
- Experience working with senior management in an organisation
- Experience using a web content management system
- Experience of event planning
- Understanding of logistics industry
