The Role:
We are looking for a Senior AV Engineer to join our expanding team and lead the installation and commissioning of high-end audiovisual solutions for prestigious clients in London, Suffolk, and surrounding areas.
Key Duties:
- 1st & 2nd fix AV installations, including home cinemas, projectors, speakers, touch panels, CCTV, access control, and data networks.
- Structured cabling.
- Assembly of AV racks.
- Commissioning of installed control systems (e.g. Control4, Lutron, Rako).
- Configuration of data networks.
- Service and maintenance calls as required.
- Conduct site surveys and propose solutions to clients.
- Lead engineering teams on-site and act as a point of escalation for any issues.
Essential Qualities and Skills:
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Knowledge of control systems such as Control4, Lutron, and Rako.
- 3+ years of experience as an AV Engineer (residential sector preferred).
- Some commissioning or servicing experience.
In Return:
The successful candidate will receive an annual salary of £33,000 - £38,000, along with a company van and fuel card. Additionally, we offer 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, private healthcare, and overtime rates of 1.5X.
