Elevation Recruitment Group are currently partnered with a leading manufacturer in Leeds who are looking for an HR Administrator to join their business on a 12 months fixed term contract.

As a HR Administrator you will support the wider HR team with onboarding and recruitment for new starters whilst reporting into the Head of HR. This is great opportunity for a HR Graduate looking to kickstart their career and will give the right candidate fantastic exposure within a private enterprise.

As a HR Administrator, you day to day duties will include:

  • Updating employee records on to portals and applicant tracking systems
  • Sending HR Communications
  • Supporting with the onboarding process including offer letters and contracts
  • Supporting managers with recruitment
  • Navigating across job boards and recruitment platforms
  • Ensuring new starters have the correct right to work documents
