Role: Business Development Exec – home/field based (1 day in office)
Location: Bedford
Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
Salary: Up to £30,000 + commission
I am looking for an ambitious and self-motivated business development exec executive to join an established business in Bedford. This is a new role with uncapped commission

What will you be doing in the role?
- Continuous engagement with potential customers and prospects including regular follow ups
- Produce productive campaigns and other profitable tasks to increase contacts made to schedule face to face meetings
- Using various contact methods to reach out to potential customers and develop further long-term relationships
- Fulfil and surpass monthly sales targets
- Regular contact and scheduled meetings with senior management
What we would like from you:
- Driving licence essential!
- Professional experience in sales, customer services or other related fields
- Outgoing personality with capacity to work in fast-paced scenarios
- Highly organised whilst adapting to change
- A "learn something new everyday" mentality
- Ability to use internal systems in a compliant fashion
- Developing a motivational culture for yourself and other teammates around you
