Job Title: Site Manager (SSSTS or SMSTS)

South West England, Dorset, Weymouth

Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours
Salary:
£230 - £260 Per day
Job Duties:
- Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate project documentation
- Monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
Required Qualifications:
- Valid SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Ability to effectively manage time and resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification
- CSCS card
Working Conditions:
- On-site in varying weather conditions
- Frequent travel to different construction sites
- Potential exposure to loud noises and hazards
