Salary Range: From £65,000 - £80,000
Location: Northampton
My client is seeking a skilled Employment Lawyer to join our legal team.

As an Employment Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients on various employment law matters. Your role will involve handling cases related to workplace disputes, discrimination, wrongful termination, and other employment-related issues.
ABOUT YOU
- Qualified solicitor with excellent technical skills
- 10-15 years PQE in business-related employment law
- Excellent team player with a positive can-do attitude
- Use of initiative to drive internal and client outcomes with minimal supervision - Demonstrated competence in management at a senior level
- Flair for business development and attracting high calibre clients
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven billing track record
- You have a great sense of humour, take your work seriously but not yourself too seriously!
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to <negotiate> favourable outcomes for clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
