Job Title: Temporary Sales Admin

Location: Ilkeston

Working Hours: Monday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Description:

My client is seeking a temporary Sales Admin to join our team in Ilkeston. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks to support our sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First Point of Contact: Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact.
  • Order Entry: Enter incoming orders received via phone and email into our system accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Queries: Respond to emails and queries from customers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Freight Arrangements: Coordinate and arrange freight services with carriers such as DHL and FedEx.
  • Ad Hoc Office Administration: Perform various ad hoc office administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using office software and order entry systems.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.

This is a temporary contract for 1 month and you must be able to start on Monday 28th October.
