Credit Controller - Belfast | Full Time & Hybrid | £29,000 - £32,000
Reed Accountancy and Finance is pleased to be working with a diverse and highly successful, Belfast based organisation, involved in the Media sector.
A new opportunity has arisen within their Accounts Team for an experienced Credit Controller to join on a fulltime, permanent basis.
Offering a competitive salary, the successful candidate will be responsible for completing the following credit control and accounts related duties:
- Resolving any account queries effectively to resolution/collection
- Building and maintaining good relationships with clients
- Processing outstanding accounts for court proceedings
- Ensuring efficient credit control systems are in place.
- Logging of sales orders to sales spreadsheet
- Liaison with sales team to ensure correct orders are recorded and company processes followed.
- Weekly sales report generated for Company Directors
- Invoices raised on Sage Line 50 on timely basis.
- Review of Publications and Exhibitions to ensure all advertising, sponsorship and exhibition space has been invoiced.
- Working on Sterling and Euro ledgers and bank accounts
- Additional accounts and administrative related duties as required
Essential experience:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a Credit control/Accounts Receivable role
- Excellent proactive communication skills for a high volume of clients
- Experience in working with a volume of clients and ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
- IT Proficient
