A new role has recently arisen for a solicitor ideally 2+ pqe, to join an established contentious probate department of an award winning Legal 500 ranking firm.
The role requires a solicitor with a strong background in contentious probate work including (but not limited to) Inheritance Act claims, validity challenges, breach of trusts, disputes regarding administration and distribution of estates and the responsibilities of Executors.
A willingness to play an active role in marketing and business development is essential to help develop new work sources as well as establishing and nurturing third party relationships and internal cross departmental referrals to generate and create new work for the department and the firm as a whole.
