We're working with a leading international company in the fuel and lubricant industry to find a Business Operations Coordinator who can hit the ground running and help drive operational excellence.

Location: Wickford, Essex
Type: Permanent | Full-Time

**What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing stock levels across plants and warehouses
  • Processing customer orders, delivery schedules, and invoices
  • Coordinating haulage and customs clearance with accuracy
  • Collaborating with sales, production, finance, and technical teams
  • Keeping records, systems, and documentation fully up to date
  • Contributing to service improvements and business performance

**What We're Looking For

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or business operations
  • Calm, methodical, and detail-focused under pressure
  • Strong communication skills—confident on the phone and with colleagues
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Sage 200 is a bonus)
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Familiarity with shipping, customs, or Incoterms is a plus
