We're working with a leading international company in the fuel and lubricant industry to find a Business Operations Coordinator who can hit the ground running and help drive operational excellence.

**What You'll Be Doing
- Managing stock levels across plants and warehouses
- Processing customer orders, delivery schedules, and invoices
- Coordinating haulage and customs clearance with accuracy
- Collaborating with sales, production, finance, and technical teams
- Keeping records, systems, and documentation fully up to date
- Contributing to service improvements and business performance
**What We're Looking For
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or business operations
- Calm, methodical, and detail-focused under pressure
- Strong communication skills—confident on the phone and with colleagues
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Sage 200 is a bonus)
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities independently
- Familiarity with shipping, customs, or Incoterms is a plus
