Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with our business goals.
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract top-tier candidates.

  • Safeguarding: Ensure robust practices across all people processes and interactions.
  • Youth Participation: Support the evolution towards a youth-led organisation. Champion the voices of the youth!
  • Performance Management: Implement effective performance evaluation processes.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Champion initiatives that promote a diverse and equitable workplace.
  • Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships and address employee concerns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR leader, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate teams.
