Business Development Executive (CNC Machine Sales) / Near Didcot / Up to £45,000

We are seeking a driven, enthusiastic, and professional Business Development Executive to join our clients team during a pivotal growth phase. In this role, you will play a key part in introducing a new brand of CNC machines to the UK manufacturing market, with the chance to develop into a senior member of our team.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients across various manufacturing sectors through marketing channels, email, phone, face-to-face meetings, events, and exhibitions.
- Support the business development process from initial enquiry to final delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships with major OEMs and independent companies.
- Work closely with the Director, contributing ideas and managing responsibilities across all business departments.
Business Development Executive Experience:
- UK driving license is required
- Excellent communication skills.
- Commercially astute with a forward-thinking approach.
- Confidence in building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to read engineering drawings is heavily desirable
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft 365.
- Creative writing skills for social media and marketing content.
- Interest in photography and video creation is a plus.
