Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our office team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute to our supportive and inclusive work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone enquiries and emails from potential and existing clients and suppliers.
- Assist in managing the director's schedule for client meetings and site visits.
- Maintain the CRM system, including scheduling work for mobile operatives.
- Assist in the preparation of quotations, completion reports, and other documentation.
- Track and order any stock/equipment.
- Execute tasks with precision and diligence.
Experience and Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Highly organized with effective workload and deadline management.
- Competent in basic maths skills.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable dealing with clients and customers via phone and email.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
