Job Title: Administrator
Location: Regent House, 9th Floor, Heaton Lane, Stockport, SK4 1BS
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 4 days over a 7 day period Monday - Sunday X3 shifts at 08:00-18:00 X1 shift at 08:00-17:30

What you'll be responsible for:
- Provide clinical case co-ordination duties for a multidisciplinary integrated team
- Undertake tasks which involve the management and maintenance of the teams clinical caseload, including all associated administration tasks. The job will include using a variety of computer based programmes
- The job will include regular telephone contacts with patients, relatives and colleagues
- Ensure that records are maintained to reflect the current needs of the patient and documented accurately on the team handover.
- Keep a daily account of bed and capacity availability in the team.
You'll learn the following whilst working at the trust:
1. An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS
2. Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times
3. A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation
You'll have the following skills/experience:
- Knowledge of rota systems, word and excel spreadsheets
- Excellent IT skills including picking up new databases quickly
- Fully proficient with all Microsoft Office packages
- NHS experience highly desirable but not essential
- NVQ 3 in Business Administration or Customer Care or equivalent demonstrable experience (desirable)
