Night Concierge

We are currently recruiting for a Night Concierge to oversee a high-end residential development located in Essex

We are looking for someone with a luxury residential experience; good written and verbal communication skills; assertive to deal with emergencies, complaints or situations that may arise.

You will have the responsibility of delivering the highest levels of customer experience and service to all residents, guests, contractors and the clients. You will also be a people person that goes that little bit further to get to know the residents and build strong relationships with them on an individual level, whilst always being completely professional, courteous and respectful. For any support in the place they call home, you will be their first and primary point of contact for any support they may require.

Hours: 3 days on 3 days off 8pm-8am

Salary: £24,000 - 25,000 per annum

Location: Woodford Green

Ideally, you'll have all or most of the experience we're asking for:

  • Previous residential or other property experience, within a similar role
  • Significant experience providing exemplary levels of customer service
  • Experience in managing contractors and building works within a busy development
  • Awareness of general fire, health & safety and security
  • Proven ability to and handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Responsibilities

  • Walk around the Development a minimum of 3 times each day and report any problems or fault to relevant departments
  • Report to your line Manager any areas of concern or residents queries relating to the Development
  • Daily litter picking during the patrols
  • Co-ordinate access to weekly services to the Development and instruct contractors of the where about they need to attend. In absence of Maintenance, check contractors work before signing report in management absence
  • Monitors communal cleaning during the patrol
  • Ensure removal of illegally stored items or unwanted private publicities are moved in communal areas or around the Development.
  • Test mechanical gates and emergency or any other systems during your patrol and keeping an accurate log as required.
  • To be prepared to attend site in the event of an emergency, as required of line management.
  • Regularly walk around the site to maintain a clean and tidy external and internal appearance at list 3 time part day.
  • Monitor and report damage or faulty lighting, gates and communal entrance door by using relevant administration paper work.
  • Daily gatehouse cleaning including, sweeping external of gatehouse. Cleaning microwave, fridge & dishes.
  • Maintain record of parcels, letters and keys by using daily inventory form and to ensure the concierge office is secure at all time.
  • To challenge car to the entrance gate on daily basis and keep accurate record of it.
  • Ensuring daily admission paper work is running.
  • To provide customer complaints to your line manager.
  • To provide monthly parking tickets and turned away vehicles reports.
  • Any additional tasks requested by colleagues or line manager and undergo training as required.
  • Ensure that all breaks must be taking in accordance to the need of the business.
  • Ensure handover is provided each start and end of shift with details of any incidents, defects observed during daily patrol or reported by residents.
