Red Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Service Executive to join our client, a thriving established insurance business. The salary for this position is £27,000 - £30,000 per annum and also includes a further 20% commission, this role is located in Eton.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Executive:

  • Providing customer service support to commercial staff and customers ensuring they purchase the right insurance cover
  • Providing claims support and advice to commercial customers
  • Identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to both new and existing clients
  • Ensuring regulatory and legal requirements are adhered to, ensuring the customer's business insurance is fit for purpose
  • Maintaining up-to-date regulatory knowledge and adapting to a constantly changing regulatory environment

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Executive:

  • Proficient with SME/Commercial Insurance products
  • Knowledge of FCA Regulations and compliance
  • Having a professional qualification relevant to the role is preferred
  • You should be enthusiastic about Insurance and providing the very best experience for customers
  • Excellent people skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
