Empowering Learning are working alongside a two form entry school based close to Mansfield. The school are looking to appoint a lower KS2 teacher to work within a year 4 class. This role will be paid to scale and will be on a full time and permanent contract.
The main duties within the role will be:
- Planning and delivering lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum
- Differentiating sessions to meet the range of needs within the class
- Liaising with parents and carers around progress of the pupils
- Engaging the children in lessons through dynamic teaching
- Offering ideas towards the wider goals of the school
The school are looking for someone who:
- Has a good understanding of the KS2 curriuclum
- Posesses qualified teacher status within the UK
- Can build relationships with children
- Will be able to engage the children in lessons
- Has excellent classroom control and behaviour management
