We do this by showcasing their talents, skills, and unique experience in an inclusive environment that helps them thrive. If you require reasonable adjustments at any stage, please let us know and we will be happy to support you.

Our client, a leading organisation in the banking industry, is seeking a talented Project Manager to join their dynamic team on a Fixed Term Contract basis. As the Project Manager, you will work closely with the Finance Data Strategy, Culture, and Training Senior Manager to support requirement gathering, planning, and reporting activities. Your immediate focus will be on managing the impacts of significant system changes on the technology estate within the Finance Data & Analytics Office, ensuring seamless service delivery to our internal customers.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the working group and collaborate with all parties involved to obtain the required inputs.
  • Engage with stakeholders across Finance Transformation and Finance Data Lab to align timelines and plans.
  • Establish and maintain testing coordination plans, tracking delivery, and managing dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Prepare reports on Business Readiness for the Head Of and programme.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date updates, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies), and timeline documentation for the workstream.

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in Delivery/Project Management, specifically in technical change programmes and related governance activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams effectively.
  • Knowledge of Jira would be beneficial, but not essential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation in the banking sector and contribute to a high-profile project. If you are an organised and confident Project Manager with a track record of successful stakeholder and relationship management, we would love to hear from you.

Please note that this is a Fixed Term Contract for a duration of 3 months.

To apply, please submit your CV and a cover letter outlining your relevant skills and experience.
