BMC Recruitment is delighted to be working with a national law firm to assist them in their recruitment for a Paralegal to join them on a permanent basis in their office in Manchester.

This role is perfect for someone who has previous experience as a housing paralegal. The role is full time with hybrid working available.
Duties & Responsibilities
The role will encompass providing support to the Housing team, including:
- Dealing with your own caseload of part-exchange properties from receipt of instructions to completion and post-completion formalities
- Dealing with re-sales of the part exchange properties for the House Builder
- Dealing with plot sales
- Updating the House Builder client on a regular basis
- Dealing with acquisitions of residential properties for Registered Provider clients.
Person specification
- Experience of working as a paralegal in housing
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
