An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Data Analyst who is highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on multiple data business projects and delivering daily operational support. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and implementing the Data Management Strategy, ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of company and product data both internally and externally.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Set up and align products in ERP and PIM systems.
  • Perform data input and maintenance, attaching assets to item files to maximise business process and reporting efficiency.
  • Maintain digital assets such as images, data sheets, and photometric data, ensuring they are current and complete.
  • Generate reports from PIM, including Product Compliance and certification expiry.
  • Provide data for Compliance Reporting from PIM and ERP systems.
  • Update BIM data and manage customer data requests, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure operational procedures for product data are maintained and followed.
  • Implement the Data Management Tactical Plan in collaboration with internal stakeholders, leading the change management process.
  • Provide company records to third-party databases, ensuring they are accurate and complete.
  • Manage data projects, engaging with stakeholders to meet objectives and timescales.
  • Understand the impact of data on various business aspects such as the website, online trading, and exporting products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with PIM and ERP systems.
  • Computer literate with strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Highly organised with experience handling multiple projects and daily operational tasks.
  • Autonomous work style with the ability to project manage data projects.
  • 5+ years of data experience.
  • Effective in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work well both in a team and independently.
  • Resourceful, lateral thinker with a creative approach to tasks.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Drive, ambition, and enthusiasm to deliver results and progress within the organisation.
