A&G Resourcing Ltd is currently recruiting for a temp-perm Warehouse Operative for our client based in Newport.

10:00am-16:00pm
£11.75/h
Main Duties will involve:
- Picking, and preparing orders
- Ensuring proper post presentation for daily collection.
- Fulfil orders and liaising with couriers for despatches.
- Receiving and managing incoming stock.
- Maintain key KPIs for efficiency, service, and stock accuracy.
- Resolve order issues promptly and positively
- Liaising with wider operation team and Sales to identify the route cause.
- Quality checking all products
- Keeping are nice and tidy
- Following all health and safety rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Preferred experience in a similar packing, warehouse, or fulfilment role.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software (preferred).
- Strong communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, organised, and self-motivated.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
