Interim HR Business Readiness Lead - Global Banking Client

Protiviti are seeking an experienced Interim HR Business Readiness Lead to join our team on a critical employee relations programme for a prestigious global banking client. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in preparing the business for significant HR changes that will drive organisational effectiveness and enhance employee engagement.

**Key Responsibilities

:

  • Lead Business Readiness Initiatives: Drive the planning and execution of business readiness activities, ensuring that the organisation is fully prepared for upcoming changes within the HR function.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with key stakeholders across various business units to align readiness activities with overall programme goals.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management strategies that support smooth transitions and minimise disruption to the business.
  • Training and Communication: Design and deliver comprehensive training programmes and communication plans to ensure that employees are informed, prepared, and supported throughout the change process.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with the business readiness activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of business readiness activities, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas requiring additional focus.

**Key Requirements

:

  • Extensive experience in HR business readiness and HR transformation projects.
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects in a global financial services or banking organisation.
  • Experience with Employee Relations projects beneficial but NOT essential.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with global HR regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
