The Construction Project Manager Role
Joining a team known for its expertise, the Construction Project Manager will focus primarily on projects within the Commercial sector.
The role involves:
- Collaborating with experienced directors and team members in a cooperative environment that benefits both landlords and tenants.
- Managing projects typically ranging from 20,000 to 80,000 square feet.
- Partnering with esteemed clients, including investors, developers, and occupiers, to deliver high-quality commercial projects.
The Construction Project Manager
- Holds FRICS, MRICS, or AssocRICS qualifications, or is working towards them.
- Has a Project Management degree or equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, possesses a minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction consultancy post-qualification.
- Demonstrates extensive experience in producing and managing construction contracts.
- Maintains a valid and clean driver's license.
