Customer Service Advisor
Location: Christchurch (Hybrid working)
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, starting between 8:00am and 9:45am, ending between 4:30pm and 6:15pm. Saturday shifts are from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-tasking between telephone calls and customer emails
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and able to work well under pressure
- Previous customer service experience is desirable
- Proficient in computer skills
