Job Description:
As a Night Chef, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of our culinary operations during the night shift. You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of dishes, ensuring quality and consistency, and adhering to the hotel's strict hygiene and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled chef with previous hotel night shift experience to further their career in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes to the highest standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to the hotel's standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in a 5-star hotel, with previous night shift experience.

- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
