This fintech business is well-renowned globally, and now they are expanding their customer analytics team!
THE ROLE
As a Senior Customer Data Analyst, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Leveraging SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse large datasets
- Datasets would be related to customer behaviour, acquisition, churn, engagement, etc.
- Work on customer value lifetime models
- Collaborate with a variety of different stakeholders to understand their needs and create solutions
- Optimising customer segmentation and personalisation through A/B testing and statistical analysis
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience as a Data Analyst with a focus on customer data
- SQL experience is needed
- Data Visualisation experience is a plus
- Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders will be beneficial
