Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a central government organisation, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic Transformation Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation project and contribute to the improvement of their digital systems.
The role:
- Develop business process maps to define and document existing processes.
- Conduct research, analysis, and diagnosis of business processes to understand customer landscape and differences in various business areas.
- Identify stakeholders and key needs.
- Document business and policy constraints.
- Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with the digital team to ensure seamless integration of new models.
Skills & experience required:
- Significant experience working on large, complex systems that support policy/regulatory requirements.
- Excellent business process mapping skills.
- Previous involvement in large-scale transformation projects.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and prepare executive board papers.
- Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
