Contract Length: 6 months

Our client, a central government organisation, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their dynamic Transformation Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a large-scale transformation project and contribute to the improvement of their digital systems.

The role:

  • Develop business process maps to define and document existing processes.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and diagnosis of business processes to understand customer landscape and differences in various business areas.
  • Identify stakeholders and key needs.
  • Document business and policy constraints.
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with the digital team to ensure seamless integration of new models.

Skills & experience required:

  • Significant experience working on large, complex systems that support policy/regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent business process mapping skills.
  • Previous involvement in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and prepare executive board papers.
  • Strong interpersonal and team working skills.
