Mortgage Adviser - London/Home Based Opportunity!
The Company:
We are recruiting for one of London's largest and most prestigious whole of market Independent Mortgage & Protection Brokers.
As a highly respected name in the market they provide mortgage/protection advice and complimentary products to individuals / employees within major FTSE250 corporations. With a reputation built on trust and outstanding service they have continued to grow year on year, and are currently seeking a home based Protection Adviser to join their organisation.
**The position is working with exclusive leads (all provided) and with a very competitive commission scheme, this position sees average earnings of £70,000+ year one alone.**
The Position:
You will be responsible for providing whole of market mortgage advice to individuals looking to secure various types of lending, many of whom will be high net worth individuals. On occasion, you will be visiting major corporations across London (and wider) to carry out one-on one client meetings with employees looking to take out protection. However, 80% of your time will be home-based working and offering advice to clients over the phone from your client bank provided internally.
You will receive an ongoing stream of warm leads which will help you achieve a much higher commission margin than any employed position in the market (zero business development).
The Person:
- Previous whole of market Mortgage Adviser experience is essential (minimum of 2 years +)
- Experience of dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
- Exceptional customer service
- Motivated and driven to run your own desk
- Fully CeMAP qualified
