Minimum Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) qualification Current safeguarding and child protection qualifications, knowledge, and experience
Desirable Candidate Traits:
Exceptional classroom skills Dedication, enthusiasm, and a commitment to elevating standards Proactive approach, visionary outlook, outstanding planning, and organizational abilities Previous experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional requirements (preferred) Awareness of and insight into educational advancements
