Established over 25 years ago this specialist engineering company is continuing with their steady growth plans and are looking for a maintenance scheduler to join them on their journey. You'll become an important and integral part of the team and company function, handling calls from new and existing clients, prioritising work and scheduling engineers and working closely with senior management. Long term you'll be treated as a respected member of the team and rewarded for your loyalty.
The role of the maintenance scheduler will involve:
- taking inbound calls from existing and repeat customers understanding issues, reporting on jobs that need to be handled and allocating engineers to jobs and locations.
- work closely with the management team to ensure urgent jobs are allocated effectively
- handling the inbox, general administrative tasks and more
The successful maintenance scheduler will need:
- to be commutable to the office via car
- Experience working in an engineering environment or knowledge of engineering beneficial
- able to work in a fast paced environment, get stuck in and work as a team and be adaptable
- like dogs or working in an office environment with dogs
