Introduction to the Company
Fabric Recruitment are working in partnership with a fast-growing company based in Melton Mowbray.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small Warehouse team to drive new strategies across the Warehouse operation and take a hands-on approach.
You will take responsibility for all inbound and outbound activities and ensuring all standards are met and exceeded.
Description of the role:
- Take ownership of housekeeping across the site.
- Ensuring all Health & Safety policies are adhered to.
- Scheduling daily workload and allocation of staff.
- Ensuring all opening and closing procedures are followed.
- Recruitment of warehouse team members and HR including performance reviews.
- Taking the lead in implementing new procedures and standards.
About you:
- Experience of working within an SME environment managing heavy products.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office.
- Able to lead by example.
- Experience of managing a small team able to implement change and improvements.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with fragile products.
