**HR Business Partner - Home based - £45-55k + Car allowance**
Ashley Kate is excited to be partnering with a leading Professional Services business on a newly created role. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Director in driving strategic HR initiatives and providing expert HR advice to business.
Based primarily from home, you will have the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while also travelling occasionally to the offices in Reading and Lancaster. This role demands a true HR generalist and a highly motivated and results-oriented individual.
Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organisation's objectives
- Providing expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Supporting the HR Director in the implementation of talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations initiatives
- Conducting workplace investigations, resolving employee disputes, and ensuring compliance with employment laws
- Collaborating with external stakeholders on HR-related matters, including vendors and regulators
