The Sales Coordinator will support the activity of the UK Key Account Managers to ensure they meet their Sales targets.
Description
Duties of the Sales Coordinator:
- Help Sales Manager and Key Account Manager executive day to day tasks
- Support with monthly forecasting, checking with supply chain to meet demand with NPDs
- Support the sales team with new product development
- Extract sales data via BI.
- Keep the Key Account Manager looped in with any quality issues, coordinating the technical and quality certificates.
- Support in preparation of business reviews and plans, help executing the market strategy defined by the Sales team
- Track competition on customer levels and report market trends
- Work with all departments on new product creation
- Support the Sales Manager in weekly and monthly reporting, preparing figures with internal meetings
Profile
A successful Sales Coordinator should have:
- a bachelor degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Management
- Proven experience in sales support
- Experience supporting retailers
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with high level of dedication.
