In an exclusive partnership with The One Group, this ground-breaking organisation are now looking for an experienced Accountant to join their team as the new Financial Controller.

As the Financial Controller you will be working closely with the current Finance Director to help drive new efficiencies and processes, implement new systems, as well as working alongside the senior leadership team providing your input to strategic business decisions.
The finance team is currently a cross-functional team of 5, so this role requires someone who likes to be hands-on and is comfortable managing multiple workstreams. You'll be taking the lead on management reporting packs, reconciliations, annual business reports and budget plans, managing and reporting on cashflow, VAT returns and Tax reporting, as well as being the main point of contact for the internal and external audit process.
Ideally, you will already hold an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, but we would also like to hear from those who are qualified by experience, particularly those who have already worked within the healthcare sector.
