My Middlesbrough based client is seeking an experienced Financial Coordinator to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile various accounts, including credit cards
- Raise sales invoices
- Record journals
- Create reports and update internal Excel spreadsheets monthly
- Count and reconcile petty cash each month
- Create job cost reports
- Carry out payment runs
- Manage VAT returns
- Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts
- Utilise in-house systems - CIS Pegasus & Sage 200
Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience in a similar role, ideally within the construction industry
- AAT Level 3 qualification or higher
- Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and outstanding organisational abilities
