We are seeking a diligent and organised PA to join our Secretarial & Business Support department in Bootle. The successful candidate will support the department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Description
- Coordinate office activities and operations in the Secretarial & Business Support Department.
- Manage agendas and appointments for senior team members.
- Support team by completing administrative tasks such as handling correspondence and organising meetings.
- Ensure the smooth running of the department by maintaining proper document and record management.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Help in the preparation of regular reports and presentations.
Profile
A successful PA should have:
- A strong understanding and experience in office administration.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Qualifications in Business Administration or relevant field.
Job Offer
- A salary of £28,000 per annum.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays - increases by 1 day each year
