Plexus has another great opportunity with one of our long-term clients within the DeFi space. They are an establish Financial Services company, designed to be the only cryptocurrency platform you need for trading and investing.
They are looking for a Product Manager to join the team and become a prime mover in managing the product-led culture across the organisation.
Role
- Lead, develop and execute effective road maps, OKRs and initiatives.
- Product Development Life Cycle (PDLC) & Secure Development Life Cycle (SSDLC)
- Own the discovery and delivery phases of the PDLC
- Engage with business stakeholders to understand and ratify problem areas
- Manage and negotiate trade-offs to requirements, scope changes and prioritisation
Requirements
- Prior experience in fast paced tech environments, ideally in fintech or financial services
- Understanding of software and product development lifecycles
- Experience in product management, requirements gathering and roadmap development
- Familiar with Atlassian suite, Mixpanel, Braze, Barnch.io and Microsoft Office
- Previous experience or strong understanding in Cryptocurrency and Web3 industries
