Senior Building Services Engineer

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding multidisciplined consultancy who provide specialist MEP and sustainability services to clients across the UK and overseas. They are looking for a Senior Building Services Engineer to help their MEP team in their Birmingham offices grow by leading on numerous projects.
Role responsibilities for a Senior Building Services Engineer include:
- Work alongside other team members and see projects through from inception to completion
- Carry out feasibility studies and produce product designs and specifications
- Lead project surveys and carryout contract administrations
- Undertake site visits and supervisions, whilst managing mechanical service installations
The ideal Senior Building Services Engineer will have:
- A degree or higher education qualification within either an electrical, mechanical, or building services engineering discipline
- Has achieved or working towards CIBSE chartership
- Proficient in industry standard software such as Revit, IES-VE, or CAD
- 5 years minimum within a relevant role within the building services industry
- Experience successfully leading and delivering on projects whilst managing a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
